Propiofy connects to the WhatsApp Business API using your existing phone number (+91 or international). When a new lead comes in from any source, Propiofy automatically sends a personalised WhatsApp message within 30 seconds — including property details, your RERA number, and a visit booking link. You can set up a 5-step follow-up drip sequence, and Propiofy runs it automatically on a schedule you set.

Yes. The Professional plan includes 5 agent seats. The Agency plan includes unlimited agents. You can assign leads to specific agents, set up auto-assignment rules, and track each agent's pipeline and conversion rate separately. Agents see only their own assigned leads unless you grant broader access. Role-based permissions (Admin, Manager, Agent) control exactly who sees and edits what.

Propiofy CRM is fully mobile-optimised and works in your browser on any device. A dedicated iOS and Android app is on our roadmap for Q3 2026. In the meantime, you can add Propiofy to your home screen as a Progressive Web App (PWA) from Chrome or Safari for a native-like experience with push notifications for new leads.

All data is encrypted and stored on Indian servers compliant with the DPDP Act 2023. Your lead data is never shared with any third party — not with portals, not with advertisers, not with anyone. You can export all your data at any time in CSV format. Propiofy has no incentive to share your leads since we're a platform, not a portal.
