We offer a hassle-free, 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscription plan purchases on the Propiofy platform. If you decide that Propiofy is not a fit for your agency within 7 days of your payment, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee.
Section 02
Conditions for Eligibility
To qualify for the 7-day refund guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
The request must be made within exactly 168 hours of your payment timestamp.
You must have published fewer than 3 properties or listings.
You must not have initialized or performed a live portal sync to any external channel.

Non-Refundable Items
The following fees and charges are strictly non-refundable:
Domain registration and transfer fees.
Custom design, setup, or consultation services.
Payment gateway processing charges incurred by third parties.
Section 04
Post 7-Day Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription after the initial 7-day period:
Monthly Plans: Subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle, and no partial refund is issued.
Annual Plans: Plan remains active until the end of the 12-month period, and no pro-rata refunds are given for unused months.
