Log into your Propiofy account, click your profile photo at the top right, select Settings, then choose the Integrations tab from the left sidebar. You'll see all available integrations organised by category.

Where do I find my 99acres API credentials?
Log into your 99acres agent account and go to Account → Developer Settings → API Access. You'll find your Agent ID and can generate an API token there. If you don't see the Developer Settings option, contact 99acres support to enable API access on your account — it's available to all verified agent accounts at no extra charge.
How fast does a listing appear on 99acres after I publish it?
Within 60 seconds in most cases. Propiofy pushes the listing data to 99acres via API immediately on publish. 99acres then processes it on their end, which typically takes 30–60 seconds before the listing appears publicly. Price changes and availability updates are instant.
Do photos sync to 99acres automatically?
Yes — all photos uploaded to Propiofy sync to 99acres automatically. Up to 25 photos per listing are supported. We recommend uploading in the order you want them to appear on 99acres, as Propiofy preserves your photo sequence. Videos are linked as YouTube embeds.

Your listings remain on 99acres — they are not deleted when you disconnect Propiofy. However, real-time sync stops, so any price changes or status updates you make in Propiofy will no longer push to 99acres. You'll need to manage those listings directly on 99acres until you reconnect or switch to a different tool.
Can I connect a team account so multiple agents share one 99acres connection?
Yes — on the Agency plan, you can connect one 99acres account at the agency level. All listings from all agents in your Propiofy workspace sync under that 99acres account. Leads are then auto-assigned to individual agents based on your routing rules (zone, property type, round-robin, etc.).
