Yes. You can add additional agents as CRM add-ons at ₹299/agent/month on any plan — without upgrading your base plan. At the Agency plan level, unlimited agents are included. Agents see only their own leads unless a Manager or Admin assigns additional access.

Portal sync is available on Professional and Agency plans. Add a listing once in Propiofy and it appears on 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, NoBroker, and QuikrHomes automatically. Any update you make in Propiofy — price change, status change, new photos — syncs to all portals in real time.

Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard — it takes two clicks. Monthly plans cancel immediately. Yearly plans remain active until the end of the billing year. Your data is exportable for 30 days after cancellation.

Admins have full access to everything — website settings, all leads, all users, billing, integrations, and API keys. Managers can create and edit listings, manage and assign leads to agents, but cannot touch billing, user roles, or API settings. Agents can only view and edit their own assigned listings and leads.
